- Participer aux développements des modules métiers et des logiciels de programmation pour des machines mono et multibroches
- S'impliquer dans la validation des macros et des logiciels sur machine
- Collaborer au support 3ème niveau pour les points liés aux applications software sur machine
- Supporter la rédaction des instructions de service
- Contribuer à la formation interne
- Il/Elle organise les principes de programmation des produits Tornos
- Il/Elle développe les macros de séquencement et d'usinage ainsi que les programmes modèle
- Il/Elle participe à l'intégration des nouveaux produits dans les logiciels de programmation
- Il/Elle contribue à la maintenance et à l'amélioration continue des logiciels de programmation
- Il/Elle appuie les équipes de développement logiciel par ses connaissances métier
- Il/Elle participe à certains développements spécifiques clients
- Il/Elle fait évoluer la documentation
- Il/Elle assiste ponctuellement des clients et des internes pour des essais sur machine
- Il/Elle participe à la validation des logiciels par des essais sur machine
- Il/Elle suit l'innovation technique
- Il/Elle contribue à la formation du personnel aux nouvelles solutions logicielles développées en interne
- Il/Elle participe aux évaluations et/ou études en amont et en aval du développement (prototypes, essais, essais technologiques) dans le cadre de projets futurs
- Il/Elle se réfère en général au responsable Software and Process
- CFC de polymécanicien option décolletage complété par un diplôme de technicien ou d'ingénieur dans le domaine de la mécanique (tours automatiques CNC de préférence)
- Connaissances approfondies de la programmation ISO
- Connaissances approfondies des processus d'usinage dans le domaine des tours automatiques CNC
- Maitrise d'un outil CAO 2D et/ou 3D serait un avantage
- Connaissance des techniques de mesure des pièces décolletées serait un avantage
- Connaissance d'un langage informatique serait un avantage
- Être capable d'assurer des échanges techniques en anglais et/ou en allemand
- Intérêt marqué pour l'informatique
- Esprit structuré et méthodique
- Aptitude à apporter de nouvelles idées
- Volonté d'apprendre et de communiquer
