- Provide support for procurement activities with stakeholders, for example: factories, commodity officers and suppliers;
- Seek opportunities for cost savings within procurement topics;
- Provide support during alignments with suppliers;
- Provide support for internal processes and tools to manage procurement activities;
- Maintain good communication channels with controlling teams;
- Provide support for decision making (both informational and analytical);
- Execute sales and marketing related duties with the aim to meet the expectations and goals of the stakeholders;
- Set-up forecast and predictive analytics tools for the procurement activities.
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Very good stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of procurement process covering one or more of the following areas: Category management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier management and/or Procure to Pay;
- Experience in process mapping;
- Knowledge of procurement related technologies (e.g. Ariba, Coupa) and Corporate Finance;
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain is a plus;
- Experience in reporting and data visualization (e.g. PowerBi);
- Bachelor's Degree can be a plus – Supply Chain, Data analytics;
- Fluency in English is a must-have; German or Portuguese is a plus.
