    Senior Process Engineer

    Location:Canton of Neuchatel

    Type of contract:temporary,open-ended

    This positionrequires fluency in both French andEnglish.

    Yourresponsibilities:

    • Activitylinked to Manufacturing Engineering / ProjectManagement
    • Organize work ina common approach toprojects.
    • Ability to defineobjectives.
    • Decisions ontechnical decisions onprojects.
    • Ensure projectmanagement with the project team at the technical level / deadlines/delivery / quality / regulatory compliance / safety /environment.
    • Ensures thedelivery of savings according to the projectschedule.
    • Capital requestmanagement (Capex).
    • Ensuresproject pipelineavailability.
    • Processdevelopment or improvement: Analysis of current process / needs /definition of the environment to be respected / justification ofprofitability / supplier management / internal project management /participation in FMEA development /validation.
    • Coordinatesdiscussions and interventions with external providers andsuppliers.
    • Responsibilityfor processvalidations:
    • Developvalidation strategy, VAF (Validation Assessment Form), VP(Validation Plan)
    • EquipmentInstallation Validator(IQ)
    • Technical leader forwriting OQ/PQvalidations

    Yourprofile:

    Education

    • Engineeringdegree or equivalent
    • Fluencyin French and English, spoken andwritten
    • At least 3-5 years'experience in a similar field andfunction

    • Industrialtechnical knowledge
    • Process/ Physics knowledge
    • Quality/ Safety / Environmentknowledge
    • Mastery ofstatistical tools (Minitab,etc.)
