Internal Communication Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Internal Communication Manager.

If you are a professional with a passion for internal communications and a desire to make a positive impact on our company culture, this is the role for you.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Create and distribute internal presentations, newsletters, memos, and other forms of communication to keep employees informed and engaged
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent and effective internal communication
Organize and host internal events, town hall meetings, and webinars to foster employee engagement and collaboration
Moderate dialogue and Q&A of town hall meetings
Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

Your skills and expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
13 years of experience in internal communication, with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative content for a variety of audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
