We have an opportunity for Communication Manager to join our Workplace Experience team based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The Workplace Experience (WX) Team is accountable for to delivering our next generation workplace services across all PMI corporate sites in Switzerland (Hospitality & Wellbeing, Transportation & Commuting, on-site Events & Conferences, Security & Safety, Office Services, workplace induction and other employee advantages).

The guiding principle is employee centricity and with the ultimate goal to foster employee performance in our campus.

Our corporate workspace is now transforming to allow a freer, back-and-forth flow of people, expertise, and ideas. Enabling PMI and our people to truly collaborate to capture new opportunities. All of these changes will fundamentally reshape our offices and services.

The Role

Act as a Communication Expert and advise WX management and other functions.


Internal Communication for WX:

  • Build a branding and communication strategic roadmap to support the WX strategy that can be used with all the key stakeholder groups
  • Be an adviser for WX colleagues during projects and daily activities to ensure proper and timely communication is provided to the relevant audience.
  • Focus on external branding across PMI of the WX product and services offerings in order to raise the brand presence of the function
  • Develop and drive communication programs for the WX department to ensure full visibility of major projects and daily initiatives/experiments
  • Ensure WX communication strategies are aligned with the Company message.
  • Analyze current communications and messages for all channels to increase awareness and ensure consistency and accuracy for impactful departmental messages. Monitor the market to seize opportunities and propose them to Management.
  • Ensure the content creation for WX internal communications channels, such as the intranet pages, Gazette and internal social media channels to support the WX message and strategies.

Partnership With Other Functions:

  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to ensure all related communications are consistent and understood, applicable and relevant to each audience. Maintain strong relationships with main communication stakeholders (Global Communications, Factory, Science&Innovation, People&Culture, Operations Center)
  • Management of all communications content for the function, along with channel management
  • Liaison with other corporate functions for alignment of message
  • Global Communications and People&Culture
  • Support and strengthen the global WX affiliate network by providing a communications platform to share lighthouse initiatives and showcase the diversity and achievements within local affiliates.

Intranet:

  • As Product owner, ensure that content is accurate and coordinate the improvement/debugging, when necessary

Integrated Communications Service for Residents:

  • Develop a fully integrated communications service interlinking audiovisual, print, design and internal communications
  • Create and drive an endtoend solution for communication campaigns and content creation
  • Find effective and creative ways to support our clients by being a onestopshop and costefficient internal partner, with the flexibility to adapt to the growing communication and content needs
