    IT / Bern / Berufserfahrene / Unbefristet / % Das ambitionierte Ziel der Mobiliar ist es, Continuous Deployment als Kern unserer Entwicklungsphilosophie in allen Bereichen zu etablieren, unterstützt durch state-of-the-art Testing-Verfahren. Die Umsetzung umfasst mehrfache tägliche Deployments, maßgeschneidert für OnPrem- und Cloud-Umgebungen, in einem sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Prozess.
    Als Quality Master bist du mit deinem Agilen Release Train (ART) verantwortlich für dieses agile Testvorgehen und damit für die Built-in Quality. Gemeinsam als ART stellt ihr die Qualität Eurer Services und Produkte sicher.

    Das bewirkst du bei unsDer Fokus deiner Stelle liegt in der Verantwortung für die ART- und bereichsübergreifenden Tests. Du setzt Leitplanken für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des QS-Vorgehens in Abstimmung mit der ART-Troika, räumst Testing-Impediments aus und stellst sicher, dass die Testinfrastruktur lauffähig und unsere Produktionslinie in einem kontrollierten Zustand bleibt.
    Gemeinsam mit dem Quality Architekten und den Quality Mastern aus anderen ARTs stimmst du dich betreffend QS-Methodik und End-2-End Testings ab und treibst die Testautomation aktiv weiter voran.
    Weiter übernimmst du die QS-fachliche Führung der Quality Engineers, die Sicherstellung der End-2-End Tests, deren Fachabnahmen und trägst dazu bei, die System Wartungen koordiniert und termingerecht einzuführen.Das bringst du mitAbgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare FachausbildungIdealerweise drei oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung als Testmanager oder Erfahrung in vergleichbaren RollenErfahrung im Aufbau und der Optimierung von Testprozessen und -infrastrukturen, mit skalierenden agilen Framewoks wie SAFe oder LeSS sowie in der Umsetzung von TestautomationsvorhabenZertifizierungen im Testing sind von Vorteil z.B. (ISTQB Advanced Level) und/oder iSQI Certified Agile TesterBegeisterung für agile Software-Entwicklung und die Fähigkeit sich schnell in komplexe technische und fachliche Themen einzuarbeitenKommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten logisch-systematischen DenkenGute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein PlusBei uns arbeiten Werde Teil der IT-Landschaft der Mobiliar und gestalte in unserer agilen Netzwerkorganisation die Testprozesse aktiv mit.
