- Analyser les données de production pour identifier les tendances, les problèmes potentiels et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Étudier les modifications de processus afin de répondre aux besoins commerciaux et d'optimiser la productivité.
- Développer des solutions techniques innovantes pour résoudre les défis de fabrication.
- Rédiger des spécifications détaillées pour les projets de fabrication, en veillant à la conformité aux normes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Fournir un soutien technique aux opérateurs de production, en les formant sur les nouveaux processus et équipements.
- Diplôme de Master ou d'Ingénieur, idéalement dans les processus chimiques ou mécaniques.
- Expérience avec P&IDs, PFDs, et la planification de la production.
- Connaissances approfondies en fabrication, incluant dimensionnement, calculs techniques, transfert de matériaux et bonnes pratiques.
- Capacité à analyser des problèmes complexes et à proposer des solutions techniques efficaces.
- Aptitude à rédiger des documents techniques et à fournir un soutien opérationnel aux opérateurs de production.
