Administrative headaches for HR managers, payroll managers, employees, doctors and claims managers, were the norm. Recognising the need for change, grape aims to revolutionize the traditional employee insurance model.


Your role


You will play a vital role in enhancing our employee experience by assisting and contributing to the development, implementation, and management of initiatives that support our organizational culture and employee engagement goals.


What you will do:

Places (50%)

  • Manage our offices in Basel and Zurich
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Assist in vendor relationships
  • Support other teams (e.g. finance, our founders) on administrative tasks
Talent Acquisition (30%)

  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
  • Possibility to assist on full cycle recruitment for junior roles
People Ops & Experience (20%)

  • Be a point of contact for our grape employees and help resolve questions. Respond to mail inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, procedures and L&D.
  • You'll handle all administrative touch points throughout the employee journey. Personnel Administration. Creating employmentrelated documents and keeping our personnel systems uptodate.
  • You'll cooperate with external parties and administers benefits, including enrollments, changes and terminations.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a startup (big plus)
  • Able to work independently in an organized manner, as well as within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion while remaining friendly and approachable
  • Good communication skills
