We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to reinforce our Project Management team. This position plays a crucial role at the intersection of the R&D, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations departments.

Your main objective will be to supervise and harmonize activities of diverse Product Development projects to reach project objectives promptly and within predefined scope and budget.

As a part of the Project Management Office (PMO), your responsibilities will include:

Heading the cross-functional team in executing product development project(s) and addressing issues.
Creating a detailed project plan for monitoring progress.
Managing project(s) coordination among various stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication.
Effectively collaborating with the R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, Manufacturing, QA/RA, and Supply Chain teams to meet project goals on time and within budget.
Aligning project priorities and assisting in shaping the project strategy alongside the Project Sponsor, including analyzing scenarios and options.
Handling project risks and their corresponding mitigations.
Presenting project advancements clearly and comprehensively, while developing/updating relevant key documents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a comparable role, PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
Master's degree in biomedical engineering, life science, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Background in medical device product development, ISO9001 and/or V&V process is a bonus.
Solid grasp of spatial biology techniques and associated reagents.
Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
