    Job Description
    • Maintenance of P&ID templates and engineering lists in Comos (CAE tool).
    • Maintenance of copy templates FuBe (function descriptions) and FuP (function plan).
    • Implementation of technical HZI standards
    • Technical support in the creation of operating instructions (templates and projects)
    • Review, implementation and change documentation of improvement proposals
    • Preparation of technical documents for the procurement of the lot "control cabinet plunger / grate
    • Preparation of P&I and engineering lists for execution projects and partly for tenders.
    • Preparation of FuP / FuBe incl. FIT / FAT test and cooperation in the preparation of the main interlocking list (HVL)
    • Process specifications for planning and construction and verification of correct implementation
    • Detail engineering in projects (e.g. design of piping systems, selection of unit types, etc.)
    • Answering consultant and customer questions and implementing approved change requests from the customer or subcontractors in the engineering documents
    • Participation in higher-level design reviews and process-related risk analyses (e.g.) Hazop study)
    • Specification of measurement technology (measurement principle, measurement range, measurement position)
    • IB support and supervision
    • As-built processing of engineering documents according to IB (RI, FuP/FuBe, lists)
    Qualifications
    • Independent handling of similar activities
    • Good product knowledge
    • Convinces interlocutors even in controversial discussions
    • Can determine operational procedures on the basis of analyses
    • Has experience in using standardised methods to identify challenging problems
    • Selects solutions and communicates them to individual interface partners
    • Can develop policies and guidelines for a specific subject area
    • Can contribute skills in appropriate situations to help shape the environment
    • Good knowledge of English; other foreign languages an advantage
    • Good knowledge of MS-Office
    • Dealing with CAE tools (Comos etc.)
