    Client Review Specialist Client File Review Team - KYC, AML & Regulatory Reviews

    • Perform comprehensive background checks, due diligence research, and document sources of information
    • Evaluate KYC accuracy, completeness, and plausibility
    • Analyze AML risks, identify 'red flag' situations, and escalate any detected risks and operational issues
    • Review risk category changes in line with regulatory requirements
    • Provide guidance to Front Office on KYC requirements
    • Liaise with Front Office for additional information/documentation
    • Identify gaps, misplaced information, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Contribute ideas to enhance KYC processes and participate in technology initiatives

    DESIRED PROFILE:

    • Previous experience in Compliance, Legal, Onboarding, and/or Audit departments with AML/KYC experience
    • Curiosity and interest in people, history, and geopolitics
    • Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to summarize complex topics
    • Highly organized, self-driven, with a willingness to help others
    • Excellent communication skills and professional certification in Compliance and AML/CTF
    • Fluent in English and French, with another language as a bonus
