    DESKTOP ENGINEER h/f (100%)_CDD 12 mois_opportunité CDI

    Genève

    Vos responsabilités

    Gestion du parc informatique du siège administratif

  • Installation et gestion du matériel informatique (y compris la téléphonie)
  • Gestion des configurations
  • Installation des logiciels bureautiques professionnels
  • Formation des utilisateurs
  • Commandes fournisseurs
  • Support aux utilisateurs finaux
  • Support de 1er et 2ème niveau pour le matériel, les clients Windows et Mac, les logiciels internes, Office365 pour Windows et Mac
  • Gestion des sauvegardes des systèmes centraux
  • Réalisation et suivi des sauvegardes
  • Restauration des données.

    • Vos qualifications et compétences

  • Diplôme en Informatique de gestion ou en réseau et télécommunication
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans une fonction similaire
  • Bonne compréhension et connaissance des environnements informatiques, administration système
  • Maîtrise du français (langue principale) et bonnes connaissances en anglais
  • Autonome, proactif(ve), orienté(e) vers la résolution de problèmes
  • Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles
  • Très bon esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer de manière optimale
  • Capacité à diriger et à développer des projets de manière indépendante
  • Capacité à fournir un travail de haute qualité dans des délais serrés
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et souci du détail
  • Connaissance des systèmes d'assistance basés sur les tickets.
