- Réaliser la production selon le process de fabrication défini (gamme, documentation, contrôle) tout en respectant les objectifs de qualité, de quantité et de délai.
- Assurer les changements de séries (montage des lignes outils, paramétrage machines).
- Analyser les défauts esthétiques et dimensionnels des pièces terminées et mettre en place des solutions pour les corriger.
- Réaliser la maintenance (changements de pièces de rechange, retouches outils, réglages équipements) et la préparation des outils pendant les cycles de production.
- Être un acteur fort dans la remontée de problématiques et le partage inter-équipe.
- Assurer le nettoyage des machines et leurs filtrations (Changements de série - inventaires).
- Saisir informatiquement les données de production (résultats de production, de contrôle, état machine, etc...).
- Respecter les consignes concernant la matière précieuse.
- Assurer la propreté et le rangement du poste de travail.
- Vous détenez une Maturité professionnelle technique ou CFC de polymécanicien ou micromécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente avec une expérience dans le fraisage.
- Vous avez une expérience avérée en tant que Mécanicien-régleur conventionnel.
- Expérience souhaitée dans un environnement de production de petites pièces en grandes séries.
- Expérience en fraisage et tournage
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques de bureautique.
- Capacité d'assurer une production sur des moyens manuels et automatiques de fraisage.
- Suivre les instructions et procédures.

- Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et disposez d'une excellente aptitude à communiquer.
