Ihre Aufgaben
Sie beraten unsere Kundschaft zu Türkommunikationsanlagen am Telefon in allen technischen Belangen (Offertanfragen, Anlageproblemen, Bestellungen). Sie erarbeiten Lösungen für neue Aufgabenstellungen, bearbeiten Spezialaufträge und erstellen technische Unterlagen (Installations-Schemas, mechanische Zeichnungen und Begleitpapiere). Sie unterstützen die Kollegen im Aussendienst bei Projektausarbeitungen und fördern eine optimale Zusammenarbeit mit den internen wie externen Stellen. Sie arbeiten vor allem gerne in einem Team, aber auch selbstständig, termingerecht und exakt.
Damit Sie diese Aufgaben effizient erledigen können, haben Sie eine elektrotechnische Grundausbildung als Elektromonteur oder Multimedia Elektroniker/Radio-TV-Elektriker abgeschlossen.
Eine Nasenlänge sind Sie voraus, wenn Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Netzwerktechnik (VoIP) gemacht haben und Sie sich gerne in diesem Bereich weiterbilden möchten.
