JOB TITLE:
Supply Chain Performance Management Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribution to Business Process Ownership for Performance Management and Business Intelligence

Responsible for the development maintenance and optimisation of Global Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and the related performance management process, supporting performance dialogues and best practice sharing

Contributes making valuable information available to all levels of the business for decision making and optimization, aligning and connecting plants, functions, OPU's, and bridging between various systems where appropriate

Contributes to GSC/DD&T large project teams and leads mid size projects

Contributes to initiatives and complex projects in the area of Performance

Management/Business Intelligence

Contribution to GMS dashboards and maintenance/continuous improvement of the current GSC dashboards and its future evolution

Maintaining and enhancing existing Global Supply Chain reporting solutions on the various platforms, interacting with users to capture demand

Contributes actively to capability building in the area of KPI's performance management and contribute to best practice sharing and supply chain managers network meeting

Facilitates Performance Dialogues and Communities of Practice (CoP's)

Leads the team communication including innnocation and benchmarking


REQUIREMENTS:

Good experience and good understand of Supply Chain

Good experience with performance management

Solid experience in SAP, APO, and BI

Strong knowledge of the SAP BI suite, in particular SAP BW

Experience in Value Stream Mapping / E2E value streams is preferrable

Lean Six Sigma Education is preferable

Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

Proactive and able to handle some level of complexity

Ability to work in team and to value diversity

Ability to balance in depth technical knowledge with having an holistic view

Strong ethics and integrity

Decision-making and Autonomy (The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-soliving)

Able to contribute to the team and to partner with consultants supporting the team

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Education: University degree (BSc, MSc or similar) in a relevant area
  • Supply Chain, Engineering, Management or IT.
  • Minimum years of experience: 7
Pharmaceutical experience is preferable

  • Prior work experience: Good experience and understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing is required
  • Other relevant languages are a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
