For one of the leading luxury brands in the world, we are currently recruiting a seasonal Retail Back-Office support specialist (m/w) for their beautiful retail location in the mountain resort of Gstaad (Kanton Bern).


POSITION

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • To be in charge of the store (pop-up) daily admin./back of house activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)
  • To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product categories
  • To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised followup
  • To contribute to loyalty and longlasting relations with the clientele

PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following background:

  • Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience in a high-end retail or hospitality environment
  • Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
  • Prior Sales experience would represent an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and Team spirit
  • Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent assets


If you are available immediately and for the winter season (as a start, assignment could turn into permanent role), we would be very keen to get to know you.
