In order to strengthen our client's International Sales Training team in Switzerland, we are currently seeking for an additional Retail Sales Trainer mastering French / English, as well as the art of coaching, training and boosting retail sales staff.
POSITION
- Maximize sales performance by designing, developing, and delivering training programs for retail sales teams
- Conduct training sessions internationally and at HQ on products, services, and sales skills/ceremonial, for retail employees, through a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, onthejob training, workshops, and virtual presentations
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives, ensuring they are uptodate and engaging for the audience
- Ensure that sales associates have indepth knowledge of boutique products and can communicate features and benefits to customers effectively
- Train sales staff on effective sales techniques and effective customer engagement, to achieve boutique sales targets
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of sales staff performance in boutiques, including product knowledge, sales techniques and customer interactions
- Provide constructive feedback to sales associates based on assessment results, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with boutique managers and local retail trainers to create and implement performance improvement plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain records of feedbacks and performance assessments on the boutiques trained; consolidate feedbacks and provide recommendations to drive improvements
- Coordinate and support local training teams, ensuring ongoing monitoring of their training plans and activities

PROFILE
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer.
- Prior experience in Luxury Retail Sales (Management could be an advantage)
- Prior Watches / Timepieces exposure or background would be ideal
- Passionate in people development, with collaborative and flexible approach to learning
- Capability to perform training, coaching sessions, and interactive activities, to engage the sales staff and ensure alignments with Brand strategies
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate sales staff of varying seniority
- Ability to create clear, concise, wellorganized and grammatically correct written documents in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization
- Digital proficiency with capability to structure lessons and to create contents for elearning platforms
- Ability to lead virtual trainings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Strong team player accustomed to collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations
- Reliable with excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
- Willing and flexible to travel up to 5070% in various parts of Europe and even Worldwide
