- Akquisition von Kapital für private Immobiliendeals in der Schweiz mit Fokus auf Family Offices und Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individuals (UHNWI)
- Entwicklung sowie Umsetzung neuer projektspezifischer Produkte (SPVs und Clubdeals) und einer umfassenden Investor-Relations-Strategie
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Family Offices und UHNWIs sowie anderer Investorengruppen
- Erstellung von Projektbusinessplänen, Investmentcases und -präsentationen sowie anderen Materialien für die Kapitalbeschaffung und Betreuung der Kapitalgeber
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftseinheiten sowie anderen internen Servicebereichen wie Finanzen und Recht
- Analyse und Bewertung von Markt- und Branchentrends sowie des Wettbewerbsumfelds
- Teilnahme an relevanten Netzwerk- und Branchenevents
- Bestehendes, hervorragendes Netzwerk im Bereich Family Offices und UHNWIs sowie nachweisliche, persönliche Kontakte zu den Entscheidungsträgern
- Erfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations, Real Estate und Finanzen sowie insbesondere im Bereich SPVs und Clubdeals
- Fähigkeit, langfristige Beziehungen und Partnerschaften aufzubauen respektive zu pflegen
- Bestehende Kontakte zu Banken und anderen Intermediären von Vorteil
- Freude und Erfahrung sowohl im "Hunting" als auch im "Farming"
- Dynamische sowie aktive Persönlichkeit mit einem sehr hohen Mass an unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
- Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Anlagechancen, Marktanalysen und Risikobewertung
- Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie idealerweise in Französisch und/oder Italienisch
