- Planung und Vorbereitung von Anreisen; im Rahmen des sog. «Pre Arrival Checks» mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Bürgenstock Hotel Gäste und VIP Gäste- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme und Erfragung besonderer Wünsche und Präferenzen
- Aufnahme von Tischreservierungen und dessen Koordination mit dem F&B Team
- Aufnahme bzw. Absprache von Spa Treatment Reservierungen.
- Darstellung und Informierung von allen weiteren internen / externen Serviceleistungen des Resorts
- Kreative und professionelle Koordinierung von besonderen Anlässen; u.a. Honeymoon / Geburtstage / Jubiläen
- Aufnahme von persönlichen Daten zur Erleichterung der Anreise
- Durchführung des sog. Gäste und VIP Screenings zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von VIPs; unter Zuhilfenahme von Internet Recherche.
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung des VIP Reports mit allen relevanten Gästedetails zur Information
- Erstellung und Weiterleitung von VIP Begrüssungskarten
- Zimmercheck von VIP Anreisen und Suiten
- Bestellung von Sondertreatments und Koordinierung mit der Patisserie
- Teilnahme an täglichen Briefings zur Informationsweitergabe
- Zimmer- und Suitenallokation, sowie Prüfung auf Sauberkeit und Vollständigkeit des Treatments am Anreisetag
- Unterstützung des Guest Relation Managers bei der Steuerung und Planung von Kosten; wobei der wirtschaftliche Einsatz von Mitteln somit in ausgewogener Balance mit der Gästebetreuung zu halten ist
Sie blicken auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition in den Bereichen Guest Relation und FO zurück, vorzugswiese in der internationalen Luxushotellerie. Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, sind ein Organisationstalent und haben eine selbständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Eine analytische Denkweise sowie gepflegte Umgangs- und Kommunikationsformen gegenüber den Gästen, Mitarbeitenden sowie Vorgesetzten zeichnen Sie aus.
