Your team:

This is a unique 24month experience where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build up your expertise and professional skills. Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programme includes on

- and off-the-job components, places emphasis on teamwork and will let you explore your skill sets, further your development and set specific objectives.

You will be joining the Genevabased Europe International Zone of the Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) Division.

Your role:

You will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive overview of the wealth management industry from sales to investments to operations, through a series of rotations within the Europe International Zone of PWM.
During the programme you will develop solid skills and acquire the expertise to build and conduct complex data analyses. In parallel, you will work on projects aimed at optimising and supporting business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing analyses and preparing presentations for various committees.
Providing support on strategic projects for the Zone and the broader Wealth Management Division.
Creating and producing reports and financial dashboards to automate delivery of analysis and metrics on the performance of the Zone.
The programme is made up of different tracks on various teams of the Europe International Zone of PWM. You will have the opportunity to rotate in the Front, Investment and Operations teams of the Zone. At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position as a Business Manager in the Europe International Zone of Pictet Wealth Management.

Your profile:

Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering, with a genuine interest in the wealth management industry
Strong proficiency and keen interest for IT and digital tools: MS Office a must, macros a strong plus, and any additional expertise in related areas highly appreciated.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and proactive working style, entrepreneurial attitude, solutionoriented, intellectual curiosity.
Experience in management consulting or in a project/business management role at a multinational organisation.
Willingness to take the CFA exam.
Fluency in English and French (both written and oral), with other European languages beneficial but not required.
Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
Start date: 1 September or 1 October 2024
