  • Identifying opportunities to improve new technologies, with a view to adapting the tools/processes used.
  • Helping to implement new projects and ensure that they meet the required quality standards as part of a continuous improvement process.
  • Contributing to establishing and developing business roles.

Your profile:


  • Advanced professional technical degree (HES/ETS), or qualification deemed equivalent.
  • One to three years' experience in information security with a focus on access rights management (preferably in a banking environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of rolebased access management (RBAC/ABAC).
  • Ability to set and enforce standards and ensure compliance by others.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities.
  • Knowledge of IOM would be an asset.
  • Fluent French, good written and spoken English.
  • Must be a resident of Switzerland.
  • As an Access Manager, you will need to be efficient and methodical, and will seek to develop your information security experience while working as part of a team of dedicated professionals. In addition to being security conscious, you will exercise discretion and respect confidentiality. You will make client satisfaction your top priority while fostering a climate of technological innovation. As well as being able to handle stress, you will be a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and dealing effectively with a wide variety of people.
