Position:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the _Visual Merchandiser_ will support the senior colleagues of the team with the visual merchandising activities.

He/she will involve in the HQ events and activities.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up virtual stores using the corporate virtual program
Participate in the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and innovative tools
Coordinate the product Rotation Program working closely with the Buying Department
Planning the store visit and staff training according to the VM Manager
Participate in and support the success of store openings
Participate in internal visual merchandising training sessions, workshop,s or seminars for the Licensing clients and adhoc support
Work on Line Openings and visual merchandising activities in the HQ
Work on showroom setup
Support during fashion shows and corporate events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A specific certification in Visual Merchandising would be considered a plus.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
At least 3/5 years' experience in the same role and field (an itinerant visual merchandising experience in the fashion field)
Proven track record in retail Channel
Fashion eye with commercial awareness
Strong aesthetic, visual design, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated and committed to the job assigned
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and followup
Strong sense of urgency and problemsolving skills
Positive attitude, team player, ability to work independently
High results orientation, bias toward action, and a solid operational background.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with coworkers, staff, and external contacts
Working on crossfunctional and multinational teams
Availability to travel
Fluent English and Italian are essential for this role. Any other European language would be considered a plus
