    In order to strengthen the team in our prestigious boutique in Geneva rue du Rhône, we are recruiting our future

    Deputy Store Manager

    As ambassador of the Brand, you will participate actively in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after sales service for High Jewelry, Watches and Accessories; and will support actively the team in any activities.

    Accountabilities

    In this role, you will second the Geneva City Store Manager in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors and implementing ad hoc actions for our clients. You aim to offer a unique client experience, guarantying the quality of the service to develop a strong relationship with them.

    You will manage sales activities related to all product categories; High Jewelry, Watches and Accessories, achieving or over-achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives. You will also oversee solving clients concerns.

    In parallel, you will actively participate in community events and maintain a visible presence to develop the existing and new solid client base, projecting a positive and appealing brand image with a special focus on personal knowledge and relation building and maintaining with high level and loyal clientele. You will act as an organizational interface towards the local marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance the customer base in quality and quantity.

    As deputy store manager, you will be ensuring the coaching of client advisors and back-office staff to increase technical and product knowledge and developing sales techniques and stock management. You will efficiently and effectively manage store stock. You will actively ensure the application of security, sales and stock processes and procedures. You will monitor sales and CRM KPI's and provide tools for the salespeople to help understand and increase performances.

    Profil

    You have at least 5 years of working experience in a high-end luxury boutique and expertise in retail store operations and in sales techniques. You know the store processes and procedures and have a real ambition to lead the team by example. Passionate by the jewelry, watches and accessories, a knowledge of marketing, media and merchandising techniques is a real asset. You are authentic and self-confident, daring to challenge the store manager and the sale. team. You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP and CRM. Finally, you are fluent in French and in English, and other language should be a distinct advantage.

    Client-focused and being a strong team player with an omnichannel mindset, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to increase your client portfolio. Sales-driven, your excellent communication skills allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. You are flexible, positive and innovative. You work in an organized, rigorous and structure manner. Flexible and dedicated, you create a positive and harmonious work environment.
