Dynamic, experienced and passionate about luxury hospitality, I am ready to bring my expertise to deliver an unforgettable expérience to guests.

I’ve had diverse experiences, but my journey in hotels started in 2020, as a receptionist at Hotel Duo. This helped me for my transition to Maison Albar Hotels Le Pont-Neuf, a 5-star hotel and in just two years, I went through three promotions, holding roles from receptionist to Assistant Front Office Manager. These different key roles provided me with a great understanding of Front Desk operations, and collaboration with other departments. And that helped me to develop my skills and responsibilities.

I explored management and entrepreneurship in the family business. Back in 2018, I started a Business Management and International Luxury Agrobusiness course, followed by an internship as Deputy General Manager. That led me to my current role as President & Founder of LB PRAGEN, a franchise of the family business. As a President, I oversee only some strategic operations but, day-to-day management is handled by a General Manager in Paris. I choose this option to ensure minimal impact on my commitment as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
