From day one, you will make an immediate impact by serving as an 'air traffic controller' for the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team; as an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed; as an honest broker and truth teller when the leader needs a wide-ranging view; and as a confidant without an organizational agenda.

Day-to-day operations: You own and run the most important company meetings, (e.g. regular GEB meetings, Global Leadership Team meetings, shareholder meetings, Annual General meeting, etc.), supported by the Corporate Office. As line manager of the Head of Corporate Office you ensure efficient administrative support provided by the executive assistant pool (Corporate Office).

Strategy Process & Company Roadmap & PMO: You own, run and continuously improve / ensure implementation of our strategy process. On top, you are responsible for the company roadmap, run our PMO and make sure key initiatives are well-defined and tracked. You own the yearly corporate calendar and make sure cross-functional activities and events are well aligned.

Spearhead special projects:
You lead strategic projects spanning across various functions / regions with high strategic impact for the company.

Liaison and communication:

You link leadership team and the broader organization and ensure concise messaging in communication and engagement campaigns, in close cooperations with Communications, People & Culture and other Functional Domains.

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
10 or more years of experience in a business management role
Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to remain composed under pressure
Ability to quickly ramp-up in a wide range of topics (e.g. sustainability trends, regulatory & compliance aspects, etc.)
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts visually
Strong project management skills / track record to drive/coordinate global initiatives involving multiple work streams and stakeholder groups
Ability to convey multifaceted ideas in clear and concise written language, with accuracy and attention to detail
Team focused; able to flex style to influence and interact effectively with a wide range of individuals, including senior management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly, evaluate and form independent judgments
Demonstrated ability to build strong and expansive networks internally and externally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
