For our Global Research & Development department based in Neuhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a Head of Project Management (M/F/d ) at the earliest opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, challenge and direct all projects and related activities in Global R&D/TMT
Challenging all project leaders and projects from highest to lowest priority
Leading A-project managers and key project members
Strategic planning of technology and project roadmap
Being first point of contact for project related budget, resources and task allocation
Managing exchange between all R&D sites and customers
Continuous improvement of collaboration between R&D centers in Europe & Asia
Task and resource allocation between Europe and China delivering TMT projects
Continuous improvement and challenge of the SIG development process, governance and process handbook for project management
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Technical degree with experience in the areas of materials science, mechanical engineering, plastics technology or packaging technology
Further education in the field of business administration an advantage
At least ten years of professional experience, including three to five years of experience in a similar position
Proven leadership skills in matrix organizations and ability to develop organizations and their culture
Experience in leading international projects
Distinct independence, strength in implementation and solution-oriented way of working
Analytical holistic way of thinking and innovative strength
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally approx. 20%
