Head Global Engineering Services Division 100% (f/m/d)

Focus yourself on impact:

Disciplinary employee as well as cost center management
Realization and continuous improvement of our global organization and processes for engineering
Development of local resp. global competencies
Dedicated expansion of our service and product portfolio to satisfy global customer requirements
Continuous product maintenance to optimize cost and lead times
Enabler to ensure the expansion of our business: local to local, local to global
Ensure the professional setup and management of "Technology Owners"
Clarification (technical/commercial) of orderrelated design changes (feasibility) in favour of Sales in the sales phase
Support to further develop our value chain
Close, proactive, solutionoriented cooperation and coordination with our New Machine Division, Research&Development as well our subsidiaries around the globe along the whole product life cycle

Your professional profile includes:

Master's degree in mechanical (preferred) engineering
Educational background with commercial knowledge
Experience in Project Management
Proven leadership
Enhanced communication and business negotiations skills in a crosscultural environment
