Your daily contribution

Responsible for the Scrum Team development to strengthen selforganization and crossfunctional work
Responsible for team dynamics and further development of the team to strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
Observation of new agile concepts and methods to introduce them into the organization
Coaching team members regarding agility
Help to improve the crossfunctional collaboration (scaling)
Identification of agile key figures and presenting them transparently.
Skillful and solutionoriented moderation using a wide range of moderation and presentation techniques

Your profile

Master or bachelor's degree preferably in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or equivalent education
5 years professional experience and at least two years in agile methods
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in several teams and organizations, preferably within hardware development
Good knowledge of DevOps
Good understanding of ERP
Systems, preferably SAP
Very good German and English language skills
Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy
Didactic skills and ability to deal with conflicts
