What you'll do

Perform a VSM
Help transfer production lines to our new site and ensure their ramp-up in close liaison with production teams,
Identify and control capacity bottlenecks
Observe, analyze, measure Mudas and implement with the production and manufacturing teams the progress axes validated, with strong vigilance on ergonomic aspects
Define/update "standard work"
Introduce pulled flow thanks to the implementation of Kanban on sub-assemblies, covering both physical and information system (change of BOM, WIP parameters) aspects, in connection with manufacturing, SC and Quality teams

Who you are

Looking for a 5/6 month Internship, starting ideally February 1st
In last year of Engineering school or Master level, preferably with a Lean management specialization
Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
Ideally e xperienced in lean management methodologies & tools
communication skills to work cross functionally with several department associates (production, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain) in French and English
Excellent organizational, presentation, meeting facilitation skills
Strong PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Excel, PowerPoint) ;
Knowledge of an ERP, ideally Oracle, is an asset
Knowledge in Life Science, Medical Device or Biopharma manufacturing environments is a +
