- Verantwortlich für das Management der Kandidatinnen- und Kandidatenpipeline für alle Programme des Executive MBA HSG-Portfolios (deutschsprachiger EMBA, englischsprachiger IEMBA und emba X): von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Einreichung der Bewerbung;
- Reporting & Monitoring der Recruiting-KPIs;
- Gemeinsam mit dem Marketing Team zuständig für eine breit gefächerte Pipeline hochqualifizierter und motivierter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für alle Programme des Portfolios, in Übereinstimmung mit den quantitativen und qualitativen Zielen;
- Vollständige Verantwortung für die Bewertung, Unterstützung und Beratung von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten während des Bewerbungsverfahrens;
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Admissions Manager, um Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten bei ihrer Bewerbung und Immatrikulation zu unterstützen;
- Plant, organisiert und beteiligt sich an Recruiting-Veranstaltungen, online und offline, intern und extern, in der Schweiz und im Ausland; B2B und B2C;
- Entwicklung unserer Marke und unseres professionellen Netzwerks durch die Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten;
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprache oder C2-Niveau);
- Ergebnisorientierte Denkweise;
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen Kommunikationskanälen (z. B. Präsentationen, Telefon, E-Mail, Messaging-Tools usw.) sowie Freude daran, neue Kanäle auszuprobieren;
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Kandidatinnen- und Kandidatenprofilen sowie Beratung und Vorstellungsgesprächen über mehrere Kanäle (online und offline);
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools und sehr gute Kenntnisse der sozialen Medien;
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen und Fernarbeitstools;
- Äusserst wünschenswert: Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und/oder umfangreiche Erfahrung in einer vertriebsbezogenen Funktion (direkte Verwaltung von Pipelines);
