For our client we are seeking an experienced Head of IoT and Smart Products. In this position you would be responsible for the conceptualization, implementation, and support of our IoT Smart Products globally. You would also work closely with the hardware development and marketing teams.

Joining the team, your responsibilities will include the following:

Work with the extended IT management team to contribute to the direction and strategy of Global IT
Lead global project conceptualization, implementation, and support of IoT Smart Products
Work closely with hardware development and marketing teams to bring the best products enabled by IoT to the market
Ensure feasible integration of IoT products into our business processes to create differentiating value for our customers
Implement strategic development plans with our business units and translate them into valuegenerating IT capabilities
Lead, coach and recruit team members, ensuring outstanding results and personal growth
PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology
Successful experience in leading a team and passionate about people management, development, and coaching
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
Creative, innovative, and openminded character
Fluent in English
