Role Summary

We are looking for a Subject-Matter Expert with
GUIDEWIRE technology experience to advise and support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and support.

Role Responsibilities:

You are in the lead of requirements gathering sessions with our clients
Translating business requirements into functional specifications
Implementing changes as needed and testing functionality in close collaboration with technical teams

Your Skills and Competencies:

A master's degree in business information systems or equivalent
Good industry knowledge of the Swiss accident and property insurance industry

years of business analyst experience in technology implementations with Guidewire

Experience in defining business requirements for a software project using agile methodologies
Handson experience with Javabased programming languages (GOSU)
Fluent in German & English, good negotiation skills with internal as well as external partners and up to 50% mobility for business travel in Switzerland
