It is in this complex economic context - emphasized by the Federal Energy Strategy that managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary team in Geneva, with objective to become the trusted advisor of our Energy & Utilities clients in their major transformations:

Work in a project team, under the supervision of a senior manager, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
Further development of your skills around capabilities and/or industries
Support the acquisition of customers and projects in Switzerland, with a focus on the Romandie area
Actively build a network in these areas within Switzerland as well as collaborate with our strategic partners

Requirements:

Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar field
One to two years of experience in management consulting or within the Energy/Utilities industry
Solid knowledge of the Energy/Utilities industry, understanding of power trading is a plus
Business fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
Proven analytical and problemsolving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Strong communication skills to present your findings and the value they bring to clients
