Tasks

Business Development

Maintain and develop (y)our existing client portfolio with all the assets BearingPoint can provide
Develop local partnerships with digital solutions and startups
Support the development of new clients to our existing footprint

Project delivery

Manage project delivery at (y)our clients
Motivate and steer project team

Be proactive on marketing activities (materials, events, etc.)

Entrepreneurial spirit
Be proactive on marketing activities (materials, events, etc.)

HR & people management

Manage and coach team members
Recruitment
Align people to objectives and set priorities and direction

Requirements:

Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
Several years of experience in a consulting firm is a prerequisite with focus on Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy & Utilities or Public clients
Experienced in leading major Business Transformation and/or Digital Transformation projects
Work experience and client relationships/portfolio in Western Switzerland
Excellent analytical capabilities with a pragmatic and strong entrepreneurial mindset
Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English, German a plus
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment with a multicontext approach
Enthusiastic and proactive personality
