- Tenue, contrôle et suivi mensuel de la comptabilité fournisseurs
- Préparation des paiements selon échéanciers
- Tenue, contrôle et suivi mensuel de la comptabilité débiteurs
- Gestion des contentieux
- Gestion des notes de frais
- Etablissement des décomptes TVA
- Etablissement du bouclement mensuel (reporting)
- Etablissement de la consolidation trimestrielle
- Bouclement et consolidation du groupe
- Gestion des ressources humaines
- Gestion financière du stock
- Suivi administratif et gestion courante des dossiers
- Rédaction et gestion du courrier, des courriels, du classement, de l'archivage et toutes autres tâches relatives au poste
- Mise en place, respect et application des processus internes
- Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité
- 8 ans d'expérience en qualité de comptable dans une PME ou fiduciaire
- Expérience dans les ressources humaines
- Personne autonome, précise, organisée, polyvalente, de confiance et sachant gérer les priorités
- Maîtrise des normes comptables IFRS et CO
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office, plus particulièrement Excel
- Maîtrise ERP
- Excellentes connaissances du droit suisse
- Parfaite maîtrise du français
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand ou de l'italien un atout
- PME, moderne et dynamique
- Bonnes conditions de travail et emploi stable
