Nous vous cherchons - Une personnalité expérimentée dans la fidélisation de la clientèle qui a un bon sens pour les clients, sait les inspirer et vit sa passion dans la fidélisation de la clientèle. Nous faisons partie de la division Merchant Services. Nous nous occupons de tous nos clients petites et moyennes (PME) qui nous contactent et ont l'intention d'annuler. Il est de votre responsabilité de réussir à reconquérir ces clients et de les inspirer pour notre entreprise.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe performante où la satisfaction des employés, le développement de carrière et une mentalité de gagnant sont des priorités absolues.
Ce que nous attendons de vous :
Montrez de quoi vous êtes capable en matière de fidélisation de la clientèle et développez-la en permanence. Travailler pour ravir nos clients et viser haut.
Vous venez de préférence des ventes et aimez travailler avec les clients.
Vous êtes un excellent auditeur et établissez rapidement des relations avec les clients
Vous êtes très motivé et vous ne laissez pas le rejet vous décourager.
Même dans les situations difficiles, vous gardez une vue d'ensemble et la tête froide.
Vos principales missions sont :
Maintenir un contact direct avec nos clients via les appels entrants et les e-mails
Prévenir les intentions d'annulation grâce à une excellente expérience client
Négocier un accord
Prendre en charge les demandes des clients et assurer le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle
Préparation rapide et complète des offres et leur suivi, dans le but d'augmenter continuellement les taux de recouvrement
Création d'une documentation compréhensible dans nos principaux systèmes informatiques SAP et Salesforce
Travail sur les performances mensuelles et les objectifs cibles
Compétences:
Formation commerciale terminée
Bilingue français – allemand et bonnes connaissances écrites et orales d'anglais. L'italien est un plus
Expérience dans une fonction de fidélisation de la clientèle, éventuellement au sein des fintechs, des télécommunications, des médias, des assurances ou de la gastronomie
Connaissances de MS Office/O365,
Expérience avec Salesforce et SAP
Forte orientation client, dans le traitement des plaintes et des clients insatisfaits
Solides compétences en matière de contact et de communication
Capacité à trouver de manière autonome des solutions dans l'intérêt du client et de l'entreprise
Intuition des besoins des clients
Résilience, auto-motivation et fiabilité
