In short:


We are seeking for a motivated Sales & Operations Lead EMEA to establish our brand as the most customer-centric sports brand.

You will lead a team of 6, optimizing our orderbook management process and driving efficiency in our EMEA operations.

With strong attention to detail and analytical skills, you will lead data-driven analyses, ensuring accurate warehouse forecasts and valuable business data.

You are a doer who enjoys taking action and achieving results collaboratively with a highly motivated team.

As a key part of your role, you will oversee EDI specialists, ensuring seamless communication and integration of new customers.

Additionally, you'll establish processes for a newly created D365 team, improving data accuracy in the EMEA region.


Your Mission:

Order Fulfilment

  • Coordinate and lead the development of the orderbook management team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers, maintaining effective communication between orderbook management, warehouse operations, sales and customer service
  • Develop, modify, and schedule reports to support warehouse and sales teams, including key fulfillment metrics such as On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), fill rate, and average days to ship
  • Take appropriate actions to enhance performance based on report findings
  • Implement robust processes and structures to optimize orderbook operations
  • Provide weekly updates on forecast progress to regional Finance team
Systems

  • Establish and lead a highperforming D365 System Specialist team for EMEA operations
  • Collaborate with the global system specialist team to implement processes and structures for both B2B and D2C operations
  • Ensure proper documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals
  • Oversee and monitor EDI operations including the implementation of new customers onto the EDI platform

Your story:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics & Operations Management or Planning
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, including performance management, warehouse capacity planning, and financial review
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Planning, or related field preferred
  • Proven project management abilities and effective stakeholder communication
  • Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and challenging the status quo
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with D365 is a plus
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and facilitating ease of doing business
  • Selfmotivated and actionoriented with a strong sense of initiative
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Adaptable to a lean, fastpaced, and rapidly growing organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing continuous optimization and innovation
  • Strategic and innovative thinking, connecting strategy with operational business needs and fulfillment capabilities
  • Fluent in English
