Global Gifting & Generosity Manager

In this role, you lead the development of gifts to surprise and delight La Prairie's Highly Valued clients and support the Global Group Brand Manager in generosity strategy definition.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

Identify key gifting expectations to engage High and Ultra High Net Worth Individual.
Shape, in collaboration with the global group brand manager, the gifting strategy throughout the year (diversification, price points, distribution channels, etc.).
Elite circle gifting: elevate brand offering through unique, personalized objects and experiences crafted by artists and designers.
VVIP gifts/top/other gifts for product launches or key emotional moments.
Liaise with core functions of the business to come up with the best gifting proposals and timings (Product, Communications/Eventing, CRM, regions).
Integrate sustainability into all aspects of the gifting offer.
Brief and follow up with Creative Studio, engaging and outstanding gifts to be produced together with Procurement and Supply Chain departments.
Manage local needs in terms of gifting for special needs/brand activations/events.
Identify generosity formats and cost optimization opportunities for brand, from recruitment sampling to luxury rewarding product replicas.
Liaise with global retail teams (CRM, data, retail excellence) and key regions/markets to identify and develop the service tools accompanying the new generosity offer.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

5+ years of experience in a gifting role within a luxury goods company (fashion, jewellery, or watches).
University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or similar.
Being strategic and analytical, able to bring compelling ideas to always challenge status quo.
Creative mindset, with a passion for the luxury and beauty industry and a curious eye for trends.
Client centric thinking, with strong understanding of High Value Net Worth Individuals expectations and attitudes towards gifting.
Strong cross functional collaboration skills / able to defend strong convictions and bring to life compelling briefs to agencies, Creative, launch management and procurement teams.
Comfortable navigating through complexity in a dynamic business environment.
Capable to work on multiple projects under challenging deadlines and with given budgets
Language: English at business proficiency, German, Italian or French is a plus
