- Analyze stakeholder requirement specifications and expectations
- Clarify and negotiate stakeholder requirements (especially with the customer)
- Analyze the impact of the stakeholder requirements on the system and, if necessary, coordinate with the internal experts
- Specify and structure system requirements in the requirement management tool (Polarion)
- Create the system and architectural design and define HW/SW interfaces
- Analyze and describe system behavior using simulation tools such as MATLAB / Simulink
- Specify and execute system integration and system level tests, or coordinate with external testing centers
- Organize and take part in design reviews on system level and in different development domains (HW, SW, ME)
- Work according to the ASPICE processes
- Work to meet project deadlines
- Bachelor or Master degree preferred in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Power electronics (control designs, acquisition definition, filtering, simulation...)
- Electronic HW development knowledge (analog acquisition, signal conditioning)
- Know how of motor control and inverter functions
- English skills (at least Level B2)
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion, DOORS, Visure)
- Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) experience
- Experience in functional safety according to ISO 26262
- SW development of embedded systems with focus on communication interfaces
- Know how in automotive software development
- Experience in On-Bord-Diagnostic (OBD)

Position Summary
In this position, you will be part of our highly motivated systems engineering team. In your daily work you will apply our systems engineering methods for the creation, development, and validation of the product. You will define requirements, create the systems architecture on drive system and inverter level, and coordinate the development domains to ensure that customer, performance, and regulatory requirements are met.
This systems engineer position has a strong focus on the system architecture where you define the structure of our drive systems or inverters and the interaction of the individual domains hardware, software and mechanics.
Our ASPICE development processes will guide you through all systems development tasks, including requirements engineering, architectural design, detailed design specifications, integration- and system-testing.
