- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Tax Processing Services, einschliesslich Förderung und Leistungsbeurteilung
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen operativen Tagesgeschäfts durch fachliche Unterstützung und Koordination des Teams
- Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Sonderfällen sowie das Agieren als erste Anlaufstelle für Eskalationen
- Aktive Beteiligung an fachspezifischen Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung unseres Serviceangebots, um Kundenanforderungen und Marktveränderungen gerecht zu werden
- Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Anwendungen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bankbereich, idealerweise ergänzt durch einen Hochschulabschluss (HS/FH) oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung
- Freude an Führungsaufgaben
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wertpapierabwicklung und vorzugsweise Fachwissen im Bereich Tax
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Prozessverständnis gepaart mit einem hohen Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Eine ausgezeichnete Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
