In our Tax Reclaim business unit, you will work as an active member of an experienced team of 5 employees providing tax reclaim services to demanding clients. You will provide stakeholders with first-class tax services and handle all related enquiries and processes. Through direct contact with our developers, you will learn a lot about IT in addition to your technical expertise in order to design the processes as effectively as possible.

What would your role be?

• Tax reclaims in Switzerland and abroad for natural and legal entities, sister companies and own portfolios
• Independent monitoring of applications (preparation and dispatch, charging of fees, forwarding of applications, notification of incoming payments, controlling of open applications)
• Contact for enquiries regarding tax reclaims
• Clarification with tax authorities
• Collaboration in projects and optimisation processes of the bank
• Further development of services

What are we looking for?

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Experience in finance, securities processing or taxation
• Experience in the area of tax reclaims is an advantage
• AVALOQ knowledge is an advantage
• Very high quality awareness and reliability
• Independent, well-organised way of working and ability to grasp things quickly
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Good level of English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
