The Department of Strategy, Globalization and Society (SGS) of the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC Lausanne) at the University of Lausanne provides a stimulating, interdisciplinary research environment.

Contract duration:

The initial contract is for 1 year. The contract is renewable 2x2 years.

University of Lausanne, Faculty for Business and Economics, Internef Building.

"Assistant diplômé" with 100 % dedication (see responsibilities below)

Supervisor:

Your responsibilities:

50% of the assistant's time will be dedicated to the completion of the doctoral studies in Management at UNIL.
50% of the assistant's time will be dedicated to providing teaching, administrative, and research support for the supervisor.

Your qualifications:

In order to expand our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills:

Master of science in management or in related social sciences (economics, sociology,..).
Fluent in English.
An interest in corporate strategy and development issues, such as the link between corporate governance (ownership structure, board composition) and corporate strategy, M&A processes, or the dynamics of interorganizational relations as a thesis topic.
