About the team you are joining

You will be joining the IATA Certifications team and reporting to the Principal, IATA Certifications.

You will be responsible for the coordination and management of the IATA Certification administration activities to ensure products and services are delivered seamlessly to customers and business partners.

What your day would be like


Manage a seamless end-to-end process to support the delivery of the certification audits through the establishment and maintenance of standard operational procedures and processes.

Coordinate from project initiation to closure, the delivery of Certification audits. Coordination includes, amongst other tasks contracting, billing, invoicing, payment, collections, as well as, logistics and travel arrangements.


Monitor the work of the administration team where your input will be critical to ensure functionality of team meets requirements of the Certification programs, business process and operational procedures.

Deploy an effective and consistent customer relationship process to support customers and undergoing certification audits.

Develop and deploy onboarding and qualification process for all certification program independent validators, auditors and assessors.

Carry out any special project assigned to improve the administration, operations, and systems

We would love to hear from you if

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of work experience in program management or administration.


Very strong project management analytical and problem-solving skills: able to identify, analyze and resolve issues with a strong sense of attention to details.

Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Creative, entrepreneurial spirit, and flexible team player.

Ability to work in a high-pressure and international environment

Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP and SharePoint

Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is an asset.
