    Die KI-gestützte Plattform für Organisationsentwicklung von Moodtalk macht aus Teams wahre Superteams. Eine intuitive Software, in Kombination mit persönlicher Weiterentwicklung aller Moodtalk Moderator*innen, stellt sicher, dass Teams um bis zu 30% produktiver werden. Heute sind wir bereits in über 300 Teams bei Kunden wie der CSS, Axpo oder dem Bund im Einsatz und sind auf weiterem Expansionskurs.

    Aufgaben


    In der Rolle als Founder's Associate arbeitest du direkt mit unserem

    Gründerteam zusammen und lernst was es heisst, ein Startup aufzubauen. Dabei erhälst du in den ersten 12 Monaten einen breiten Einblick in die verschiedenen Tätigkeiten, um dich in den verschiedensten Bereichen eines Startups weiterzuentwickeln.

    Deine Mission:

    • Du unterstützt Loris bei den Marketing und Business Development Aktivitäten, um neue Kund*innen zu gewinnen und neue Märkte zu erschliessen
    • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung von ausgewählten Kund*innen in Deutsch und Französisch
    • Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse in allen Bereichen aufbauen und weiterentwickeln können
    • Du arbeitest mit dem Gründerteam an verschiedenen strategischen Initiativen
    • Du unterstützt da, wo es aktuell am Nötigsten ist. Wir würden lügen, wenn wir dir hier schon alle Aufgaben auflisten könnten.

Mit der Lösung von Moodtalk werden Mitarbeitende befähigt, Themen der Zusammenarbeit direkt anzusprechen und anzugehen. Damit erreichen wir, dass ein Arbeitsumfeld geschaffen wird, in welchem engagierte Mitarbeitende nachhaltig Grosses erreichen können. Dabei loten wir die Grenzen zwischen Mensch und Technologie aus, wobei im Kern eine digitale und smarte Softwarelösung ist, welche durch gezielte, menschlichen Interaktionen ein einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis schafft.

    Qualifikation


    Dein Profil

    • Du bist kurz vor dem Abschluss oder hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor oder Master
    • Du weisst, wie du mit Kunden umgehen musst, um ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis zu garantieren
    • Du hast ein unternehmerisches Denken, hast vielleicht schon selber erste Projekte gestartet, bist schnell im Lernen und kannst gut mit täglich neuen Aufgaben umgehen
    • Du willst hands on anpacken und suchst selbstständig nach den besten Lösungen
    • Du willst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld dich weiterentwickeln und bist dir für keine Aufgabe im Startup-Umfeld zu schade
    • Du hast sehr gute Wort und Schriftkentnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch ist ein grosses Plus)
    • Und das Wichtigste: Du bist bereit, in einem Startup zu arbeiten - das heisst, unendliche Möglichkeiten, Inspiration und Ideen aber auch viel Selbstdisziplin.
