- Vous traitez et examinez les demandes conformément aux directives internes et dans le cadre de vos propres compétences après une formation adéquate.
- Vous enregistrez et traitez les diverses demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail, chat en direct et réseaux sociaux.
- Vous entretenez des relations commerciales durables avec nos clients et partenaires (régies immobilières et bailleurs privés)
- Vous vous occupez des tâches administratives et de la correspondance qui en découlent.
- Vous coordonnez la résolution de demandes spécifiques avec les services spécialisés internes.
- Vous conseillez et vendez activement nos produits par téléphone (inbound et outbound, rétention, up-selling et cross-selling)
- Vous élaborez des propositions d'amélioration de l'expérience client et participez activement à leur mise en œuvre.
- Vous établissez, après concertation, des rapports et des analyses pour la direction du service.
- Formation professionnelle commerciale achevée, de préférence dans la vente
- Communication efficace en français et en anglais, d'autres langues étant des atouts supplémentaires
- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le service à la clientèle et à la vente, de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance ou de l'immobilier
- Présentation professionnelle, orientation client et qualité deservice
- Bonne capacité à conclure des affaires lors d'activités téléphoniques sortantes
- Affinité avec les médias sociaux, expérience avec le logiciel Salesforce souhaitée
- Personnalité orientée vers les solutions, enthousiaste de travailler en équipe, et avec une méthode de travail structurée, même dans les périodes de forte activité
- Motivé(e) pour atteindre des objectifs avec une équipe axée sur la performance.
- Très bonnes connaissances d'utilisation des logiciels standard tels que MS-Office, en particulier Excel
