    In diesem abwechslungsreichen " Sales Young Graduate Programme " werden Sie alle Elemente des Verkaufs und der kommerziellen Entwicklung unserer Produkte kennenlernen. Sie werden an diversen Projekten zur Verkaufsförderung mitarbeiten und erhalten vom ersten Tag die Gelegenheit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unternehmerisch zu handeln, in dem Sie auch eine direkte Kundenzuteilung erhalten.
    Während dieses Programms haben Sie die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Teams und Funktionen kennenzulernen und zusammenzuarbeiten.

    Für unser Nestlé Sales Young Graduate Programme suche wir Mitarbeiter-innen, welche sich in unserer Organisation entwickeln wollen und eine langfristige Karriere anstreben.
    Das Ziel unseres "Sales Young Graduates Programme" besteht darin, die besten Talente für Nestlé weiter zu entwickeln und zu fördern und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit sich während 18 Monaten in zwei Hauptabteilungen einzubringen:

    Sales Service Support:

    Sie beginnen in den ersten 6 Monaten in unserem Sales Services Team, wo Sie die Möglichkeit haben:

  • an verschiedenen Projekten teilzunehmen
  • die Key Account Manager:innen bei der Verwaltung operativer Aktivitäten wie der Jahresplanung, Sortimentsmanagement, Planung von Werbeaktionen und Bereitstellung von Berichten und Analysen zu unterstützen
  • Proaktive Verbesserung der Vertriebs- und Cross-Stream-Prozesse und -Tools (z. B. Zeitersparnis, höhere Effizienz usw.)

    • Junior Key Account Manager

    Während 1 Jahr werden Sie eine aktive Rolle im Kundenmanagement übernehmen.

  • Führen des Ihnen zugeteilten Verantwortungsbereiches
  • Managen individueller Tätigkeiten sowie Warenvertrieb
  • Sicherstellen der Sichtbarkeit, Platzierung und Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte nach deren Wichtigkeit
  • Akquirieren neuer Kunden
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufskanäle
  • Verwaltung des Budgets
  • Verwandlungsvorbereitung zusammen mit dem KAM/Customer Director
  • Verwaltung des eigenen Kundenportfolios

    • Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung und Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossenes Master oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Betriebsökonomie und/ oder Marketing
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und pragmatische Sichtweise
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ergebnisorientiert und offen für neue Herausforderungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientiertheit
  • Wille sich innerhalb des Unternehmens weiterzuentwickeln
  • Grosses Interesse an unseren Marken
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache von Vorteil)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
