- Fournir des conseils juridiques spécialisés en matière de banque privée, en veillant à ce que toutes les activités de l'entreprise soient conformes aux lois et réglementations applicables en Suisse.
- Analyser les questions juridiques complexes liées aux produits et services de banque privée, y compris la gestion de patrimoine, la gestion d'actifs, la fiscalité et la conformité réglementaire.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes internes, y compris les équipes de gestion de la conformité, des risques et des opérations, pour fournir un soutien juridique dans le cadre du développement de nouveaux produits et services.
- Participer à la rédaction, à la négociation et à l'examen des contrats et accords commerciaux liés aux activités de banque privée, tels que les contrats de gestion de patrimoine, les accords de confidentialité et les contrats de services.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques approfondies et surveiller les évolutions législatives et réglementaires affectant le secteur de la banque privée en Suisse.
- Fournir des formations internes sur les questions juridiques pertinentes aux équipes opérationnelles et de gestion.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience au sein d'une banque privée suisse.
- Parcours académique suisse requis, brevet d'avocat un atout.
- Connaissance approfondie des lois et réglementations suisses relatives à la banque privée.
- Capacité démontrée à fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques et pratiques dans un environnement commercial dynamique.
- Parfaite maîtrise du français; anglais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de recherche, avec une capacité à résoudre des problèmes juridiques complexes de manière efficace.
- Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler de manière collaborative au sein d'une équipe.
