Job summary
The EURO Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Project Management Office its activities especially the preparation organisation and tracking of coordination forums and meetings to ensure alignment continuity across EURO 2028.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganising coordinating meetings e.g operations group meetings director chief meetings tracking actions decisions ensuring smooth flow information between all project membersPreparing consolidating input project steering reports senior management updatesPreparing management presentations executive summaries based input from coordination forumsEnsuring same level of information shared at all coordination meetings developing standardised cross-functional format agenda align EURO 2028 meetingsHelping track timelines deliverables across each project ensuring stakeholders remain on track identifying delays reporting PMO teamSupporting coordination road map project milestones identifying dependencies clustering activities effective planningOrganising monthly oneonone status meetings project leaders track progress facilitate decisionmaking when requiredSupporting wider EURO 2028 Project Office activities whenever necessaryRequirementsExperience more than years business administration project management related field more than years sports event management assetEducationBachelor business administration related fieldLanguagesEnglish ProficientOther requirementsRelocation SwitzerlandFrance expectedVery good knowledge project management methodologies toolsExcellent organisational coordination skills strong attention detailStrong communication interpersonal skills effective stakeholder engagementData visualisation data interpretation skillsProficiency Microsoft Office MS Excel MS ProjectAffinity data
