    Über das Team:

    Zur Unterstützung unserer regionalen Serviceaktivitäten suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Finanzen und HR für unseren Service Standort in der Schweiz. Die Stelle wird in Volketswil ZH angesiedelt sein. Wir sind ein kleines regionales Team und suchen eine Person, die Erfahrung im Finanz- und HR-Bereich hat. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind die Führung der kleinen Finanzabteilung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ZF-Konzern zur Sicherstellung eines regelmässigen Reportings, Forecastings und Controllings, die Leitung aller HR-Aktivitäten und die Vertretung der internen und externen Stakeholder in diesen Belangen.

    Was Sie erwarten können als Manager HR Finance Accounting Controlling (m/f/d):

    • Finanzberichterstattung nach Konzernrichtlinien
    • Allgemeine Buchhaltungsprüfung, Monatsabschlüsse
    • Finanzplanung und -ausführung
    • Abstimmung mit dem subregionalen Finanzcontroller bei der Erstellung des Budgets und der Finanzprognosen
    • Sicherstellung der steuerlichen und rechtlichen Compliance im Land
    • HR-Geschäftspartner vor Ort
    • Mithilfe bei speziellen Projekten nach Bedarf

    Was wir von Ihnen erwarten Manager HR Finance Accounting Controlling (m/f/d):

    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen, Leitung verschiedener Teams, nicht nur im Finanzbereich
    • Navision-Kenntnisse sind ein Muss.
    • Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse. PowerBi-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in HR-Themen werden als Plus betrachtet
    • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, um Zeitvorgaben einzuhalten
    • Eine Einstellung, die sich an den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens orientiert
    • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und Freude an analytischer Arbeit
    • Deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
