Your mission:


  • Responsible for the individual (key) accounts in Swiss retail in existing business areas of the Swiss Market & acquisition of new customers.
  • Conducting (annual) meetings and deal negotiations.
  • Plan, develop and execute customerspecific activation and salesplanning to secure the objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Events, and Communication to create the mostwinning impact on the retailfloor / shelf.
  • Plan, control and optimize sales and cost development by continuously tracking customersportfolio and key performance indicators.
  • Support the Circle in national Business development activities.
  • Conduct regular market and competition analyses interpretation and documentation of customers, market developments to identify potential in terms of markets, new products, and/or categories.

You:

- +1 years of experience in FMCG especially working retailers in Switzerland.
- are interested in communication and negotiations with various stakeholders.

  • English & German spoken and written, French as a big plus.
  • Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Marketingfachmann eidg. FA / Verkaufsfachmann eidg. FA or Bachelor.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Confident and competent appearance, teamplayer and doermentality.
  • High level of initiative and decisionmaking authority.
